How long does refinancing take?
Often a few weeks from application to settlement, depending on the lender. I'll keep you updated so you don't have to chase anyone.
Are there costs to refinance?
There can be discharge fees from your current lender and setup fees from the new one. I'll lay these out so you can see the true saving.
What does your help cost me?
My service is usually free to you. I'm paid by the lender you choose, and I'll explain how that works upfront.
